Heat water in a pot until it is boiling and add carefully the noodles. Spread them widely to avoid sticking together. Continue to heat until water comes to boil again and after that lower the temperature to medium heat. Cook the noodles for about 5-6 minutes. When tender, drain and rinse in sifter with cold water for about 15 seconds to stop them cooking further.
