Udon noodles are made in the traditional manner from organic ingredients. They are thick Japanese style noodles that are delicious both in hot and cold dishes.
Organic wheat flour, sea salt.

Put 6 cups of water into a large pot. Bring it to a boil then put noodles in and stir. When water comes to a rapid boil, decrease the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. Place the noodles in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain completely.
Keep in a cool and dry place.
